What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk for our Reno, NV office. Our Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for accurately shipping and receiving product into the warehouse, maintaining inventory, and organizational integrity. This is a great entry-level position for someone looking to grow in the field of system integration or control panel assembly.
Our clients are contractors or end users supporting a wide range of industries including water / wastewater, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, mining, aerospace, and more. We offer a number of products and services to these industries such as:

  • PLC / HMI
  • SCADA / Integration Software
  • Thermal & Process Instrumentation
  • Custom UL Control Panels
  • Industrial Field Services

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive all inbound product accurately by checking shipment with vendor packing list, paying specific attention to condition of shipment and verify product count.
  • Unload inbound material from trucks.
  • Distribute inbound materials as required, stock in warehouse, project, or production order, distribute to staff or notify contact of arrival of specific item.
  • Timely updating of project BOMs upon receipt of materials
  • Responsible for ensuring shortages, damaged product and other discrepancies are communicated to lead as appropriate for resolution.
  • Mark and label supplies and equipment according to procedures.
  • Continual monitoring of new shipments throughout the workday.
  • Processing of daily project related internal shipments.
  • Prepare all outbound orders for shipment as determined by shipping ticket, including pulling product from stock, packing and shipping via UPS, Truck or other carriers as required.
  • Work with PMO team to accurately request project & production related packing slips.
  • Manage workload to ensure required ship date is met.
  • Pull will-call orders and deliver, with shipment confirmation, to CS area for customer pick-up.
  • Pull, label & stage stock for projects & production orders.
  • Manage material issues & returns for production orders.
  • Handle facilities cases submitted through company ERP.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Comply with stock rotation procedure.
  • Perform stock checks for customer service staff.
  • Perform miscellaneous errands and deliveries.
  • Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
  • Aid staff with moving heavy objects.
  • Perform daily light janitorial services for branch.

  • Basic math & keyboarding skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work positively with a diverse group and multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong commitment to accuracy and detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern ERP systems.
  • Communicates effectively both verbally and in written form.
  • Ability to work independently & as part of a group while maintaining a positive and proactive approach to problems.
  • Ability to drive company vehicle for deliveries or errands. A clear driving record is required.
  • Customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
