Job description:
Our team is seeking a full-time, on-site, salaried Warehouse Office Manager who will champion and support the Director of Warehousing and all warehouse team members.
You are a key member of the warehouse management team. With your dynamic leadership style, recognizing and rewarding team members will deepen engagement and cultivate our core values. Responsibilities:
- Provide consistency and structure in personnel-related matters.
- Develop and provide a seamless onboarding process for new team members.
- Handle team member inquiries directly and appropriately.
- Handle training, coaching, recognition, and performance management.
- Build teams through effective employee development, involvement, and communication.
- Utilize Paycor in timecard and vacation approval, and team member document filing.
- Plan leadership development opportunities for entry-level and management-level team members.
- Encourage a hospitable environment for all warehouse guests, customers, and team members.
- Responsible for being an overall advocate for the culture and core values set forth.
Skills:
- Desire to lead, direct, and communicate with people.
- Superior communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, including the MS Office product suite.
- Paycor navigation preferred.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with confidential employee-related information.
Qualifications:
Experience or Training Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of successful office management experience.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
Salary:
$55,000-60,000
