Essential Responsibilities:
- Verification of incoming and outgoing materials
- Shipping and receiving support
- Operation of forklift as required
- Lifting heavy items up to 40Ibs
- Inventory control and order selection
- Assisting technicians with loading material
- Assist in warehouse safety, cleanliness and waste disposal
- Build and maintain relationships with our field technicians ensuring we are meeting the warehousing needs of all staff
- Experience with auditing process's that include all operational aspects with specific focus on process compliance, assets protection, security, quality control and labor utilization
Qualifications:
- Active CDL A is required for transportation of materials and equipment throughout Oklahoma
- Ability to work a schedule that includes overnight stays within the state of Oklahoma
- 1-2 years of construction industry experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment where needs change based on customer demands
- Ability to communicate with teams across the organization both verbally and written
- Forklift Operator Certification is an asset
- Warehouse experience preferably in high volume environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven computer skills - must be intermediate to advanced user of Excel and other Microsoft products
