Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations

Manage and oversee warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and picking system

Organizing the warehouse to ensure efficient operation, space utilization and organization

Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Manage and lead a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, training, and performance management

Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits

Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders

Collaborate with other managers to ensure smooth operations across the organization

Directing the warehouse team to ensure best use of their time

Overseeing receiving of all incoming shipments, verifying contents and quantities against packing slips

Keeping aware of the schedule of inbound product to ensure all delivery deadlines are met

Keeping all products in the warehouse tagged so they can be easily identified

Staging outgoing products with awareness of space to ensure smooth operations

Delivering products to job sites, when necessary

Administer and enforce the picking ticket system to record all materials received, staged and cut from the warehouse

Keeping the warehouse clean at all times

Ensuring that the vans and trucks are clean and maintained, inside and out

Clean and maintain the forklift, pallet jack and all other tools/equipment used in the warehouse

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
