Responsibilities:
- Warehouse/Inventory Management
-Develops a deep understanding of the products, equipment and all aspects of Mini Melts policies and procedures.
-Perform weekly or monthly inventories of all products and ensure they get input in docs/sheets and forwarded to the correct source.
-Re-order all products and maintain established pars
-Ensure all products and equipment are neatly organized, consolidated and marked within the warehouse
-Upkeep maintenance of the storage freezers in the warehouse to make sure they are fully functional.
-Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and verifying all incoming shipments according to the established procedures.
-Maintain and order merchandising equipment, ensuring all drivers have a suitable par level in their vehicles and the depot has a sufficient par system in place for future orders. POS, Stickers, signage, advertising materials, cleaning supplies
Ensures depot has a steady amount of GNG ready for Install, replacement vending machines for priority accounts, Vending Parts (Nayax Equipment), and any other equipment deemed necessary for daily operations.
-Follow our current coin procedures ensuring all drivers receive their coin from the Depot Manager only.
-Coordinating, scheduling and delivering equipment as requested and to follow up to make sure equipment is fully operational and in working order.
Manages the end-of-day check in progress, capturing and communicating key service, safety and daily operations.
- Vehicle Maintenance/Fleet Management
-Monitor and Inspect Storage Trailer to ensure temperature is within or below temperature range and product is in good condition.
-Inspect vehicles bi-weekly to ensure par levels are maintained, cleaned, scraped of ice and partial cases are consolidated
-Inspect vehicle specs to ensure all vehicles have the correct tools and supplies. Example: Iphone/Ipad, chargers, Vending Keys, PO’s, Gas Card, Nayax Card, Ezpass Etc...(Also, Refer to Vehicle and freezer specifications checklist.)
-Maintain an electronic and shareable log of all vehicle maintenance dates along with Insurance and registration with expiration dates.
-Inspect daily vehicle and depot plug in policies ensuring all vehicles and depot receptacles are being plugged in without any risk of losing product.
- Employee Management and Development
-Ensure the depot is up to date with all current policies and procedures and conforms to maintaining and implementing new policies for the benefit of Mini Melts Operation.
Interacts with drivers ensuring day to day operations and customer service expectations are being met.
-Minimize product loss by enforcing product handling procedures and best practices
Plans, distributes, monitors and follows-up daily route assignments to ensure customers are serviced per company standards and agreements. Ensuring all drivers are adding the proper notes and documentation procedures daily.
-Develops, teaches, coordinates and manages all employees to follow all guidelines along with all policies and procedures established by Mini Melts of America, Inc.
Ensure all employees have the proper Mini Melts Apparel and look professional when interacting with customers.
-Approve employee time cards weekly through Insperity
- On the Road Responsibilities
-Complete deliveries, account check-ins, and machine service stops as needed using Route4Me Software
-Communicate daily with the Corporate office about customer frequencies, service schedules, route coverage, customer concerns, etc.
-Communicate and follow-up on sales opportunities, customer issues and complaints, repairs, freezer swaps and safety issues reported by route drivers.
-Customer visits/check ins and sales calls on an as needed basis.
