We are currently seeking full-time Warehouse/Maintenance Coordinator to join our growing team!

Essential Job Functions:
Perform daily management tasks associated with food and ingredient warehousing and logistic operations a food manufacturer. Manage the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and On-Time appointment setting and delivery of food products. Work collaboratively with Warehouse, Production, Logistics and Purchasing Department team members to guarantee customer satisfaction and to meet daily, weekly and monthly productions goals.
Logistics Administrator responsibilities include supporting all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and understand the order fulfillment cycle. Ultimately, you will ensure our incoming deliveries are on time and in full.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule incoming shipments based on PO receive dates and availability of dock appointments.
- Communicate with equipment vendors and set appointments.
- Coordinate maintenance receiver equipment parts with maintenance manager
- Preventive maintenance documentation for maintenance manager.
- Coordinate all Preventive Maintenance Schedules
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading
- Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
- Prepare incoming receiving logs and check accuracy for completed logs.
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
- Oversee the documentation process of all required SQF logs and records.
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.
- Provide and assist with monthly inventory cycle counts.
- Purchase parts for all the machines in the maintenance area
- Maintain all Records for all items purchased.
- Review work orders received and coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor.
- Call Service Providers when needed, Scheduling, procuring and managing maintenance supplies.
Requirements
- Over time as needed
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- Able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite ( Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must be able to work in a cold environment for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 30 to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to read small fonts (10 point type)
- Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems, Microsoft Suite (Ex
- Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills.
