Warehouse Loader - Leland

Position: Warehouse Personnel

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Basic Purpose: As Warehouse Personnel, your basic job standard is to maintain a neat and clean warehouse, pull orders stacking them on carts or pallets, and load carts or pallets on trucks in proper sequence.

Basic Duties:

• Pull orders as directed by the Pick System
• Stack cases on carts or pallets in proper manner to minimize potential for breakage
• Stage carts or pallets in proper sequence, then load onto trucks for delivery, placing load locks in prescribed manner
• Ensure main warehouse is neat and clean in appearance (i.e. this will include, but not limited to, the floors, walls, garbage cans, etc.)

Basic Requirements:

• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and walk for extended period of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• High School diploma or equivalent
