Summary/Objective:
Under minimum supervision, may assign work schedules to a work crew in the storage or movement of received stock, equipment, or merchandise. May direct and perform the movement of materials. May train entry level personnel and has discretion to revise schedules, and assignments of equipment. Helps develop work schedules. Files orders or requisitions for materials and keeps records of items issued and received. This is a nonexempt, non-supervisory position; incumbents typically spend at least 50% performing the functions which they lead.

- Direct team of employees for one or more accounts in warehouse.
- Assign labor, materials, and equipment to ensure completion of work.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
- Assist team members with customer and client-related questions.
- Coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules, labor requirements for rework projects, and cycle counts.
- Ensure adherence to schedules, policies, and procedures.
- Supervise the daily functions around responsibility.
- Remain alert to conversations taking place on the floor.
- Take a leadership role in developing a structured, standardized, and consolidated set of repeatable infrastructure services that support business processes and applications.
- Assist supervisory personnel in overseeing activities in one or more accounts.
- Assists in maintaining the security of the warehouses by conducting operations in a manner which promotes safety of employees and security of customer's products.
- Act as steward or sponsor for supply chain architecture/design activities that may be required in support of project initiatives.
- Assist in performing physical inventories and proper stock rotation.

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Bilingual Spanish/English speaker is a plus.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
