Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Warehouse Inventory Specialist to support the Area Operations Manager to ensure the company's goals and initiatives are met. We are looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a candidate based in Metro, NY.
Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday 11am to 8pm and Weekly Inventory on Sunday 9pm to 6am

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Oversee the safe and efficient management of Warehouse Inventory, utilizing advanced knowledge of SAP to track, monitor, and update stock levels.
- Forecasting and Demand Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate forecasts and demand plans, ensuring adequate stock to meet customer requirements.
- Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with customer logistics and internal teams to ensure timely product availability for order picking, prioritizing based on demand forecasts.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SAP and other tools to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or excess.
- Cycle Counts: Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and compliance with established standards.
- Reporting: Provide timely and accurate updates on inventory adjustments, dumps, damages, and non-conforming products, utilizing reporting tools and systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HSE Team and collaborate with in-coming and out-going shifts to ensure seamless transitions, accurate handoffs, and successful operations.
- Technology Integration: Leverage expertise in SAP to integrate technology solutions for inventory management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.
Professional Experience / Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Inventory Specialist, preferably in a distribution or production environment.
- Proficiency in SAP and other inventory management tools.
- Demonstrated success in forecasting, demand planning, and optimizing inventory levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite tools.
- College degree in Supply Chain or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
