Warehouse Inventory Lead
Arbitech is looking for an Inventory Lead. This role requires the efficient handling of products and supplies, which is critical to attain business goals and objectives. A successful Inventory Lead is a reliable professional with excellent record-keeping abilities, who is adaptable to handling various projects at one time. Additionally, the Inventory Lead will be a leader in adding integrity, innovation, respect, and a team-first attitude to the Distribution Team.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Maintain accurate product inventory by maintaining and updating inventory records.
· Report on and retain records of inventory activities and variances as well as reconcile inventory discrepancies.
· Conduct daily analysis to forecast potential inventory issues.
· Lead the inventory team by training, providing feedback to associates, and ensuring jobs have been completed correctly and efficiently per process and productivity guidelines.
· Manage sales order pulls.
· Ensure inventory put away is conducted daily.
· Communicate with the Distribution Manager about current stock and potential issues with orders.
· Add value by an innovative approach to the developing and implementing of inventory control procedures and best practices.
· Conduct cycle counts weekly and top-to-bottom inventory counts annually attaining best results.
· Work with Accounting and Banks on Audits providing the best results.
· Must have flexibility to work overtime including weekends to fulfill Ecommerce Obligations
Skills and Requirements:
· 5+ years’ experience in inventory, distribution, and operational procedures.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Must have attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and apply excellent time management skills.
· Able to work irregular or extended hours as needed including the end of year top to bottom inventory audit.
· Able to lift 50 pounds without restriction.
· Knowledge of NetSuite ERP and Zoho ticketing system is a plus.
· Understanding Lean Methodology and ability to engage with multiple departments leads to maximize efficiency.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
