Job Purpose: To oversee and manage the Inventory Control system within the warehouse. The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, implementing Inventory Control measures, and leading a team of Inventory Control associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Inventory Control system and procedures
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with the inventory system
- Supervise a team of Inventory Control associates, providing training and guidance as needed
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments to ensure stock levels are maintained
- Identify and address discrepancies in inventory
- Implement Inventory Control measures to reduce discrepancies
- Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and activities
- Comply with all safety and operational policies and procedures
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a warehouse role, with a focus on Inventory Control
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Knowledge of inventory management processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software, databases, and systems
- Ability to handle high volume and high-stress situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to handle warehouse operations and equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Monday-Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm, with opportunity for OT
