Warehouse- Inventory Control Supervisor

Job Purpose: To oversee and manage the Inventory Control system within the warehouse. The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, implementing Inventory Control measures, and leading a team of Inventory Control associates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the Inventory Control system and procedures
2. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with the inventory system
3. Supervise a team of Inventory Control associates, providing training and guidance as needed
4. Coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments to ensure stock levels are maintained
5. Identify and address discrepancies in inventory
6. Implement Inventory Control measures to reduce discrepancies
7. Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and activities
8. Comply with all safety and operational policies and procedures
9. Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Previous experience in a warehouse role, with a focus on Inventory Control
2. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
3. Knowledge of inventory management processes and procedures
4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
5. Strong problem-solving abilities
6. Proficiency in inventory management software, databases, and systems
7. Ability to handle high volume and high-stress situations
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to handle warehouse operations and equipment
2. Ability to stand for long periods of time
3. Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Monday-Friday 7 am - 3:30 pm, with opportunity for OT
