Schedule:

• Monday through Friday: 7:00am-3:00pm
• Overtime will be offered based on needs

 Pay Rate:

• $16.00 per hour

 Summary/Objective:The Inspector is required to inspect sheets of wood veneer for imperfections and damage, and repair all areas needed using a hand sander and wood putty.
Responsibilities:

• Evaluates self-work to ensure compliance with work instructions and standards.
• Inspects the veneer sheets for specification conformance.
• Must be able to meet and maintain acceptable production levels.
• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Completes the necessary production forms.
• Understands lockout-tagout safety procedure.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed
• safety regulations.
• Assists in other areas as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be team-oriented
• Time management skills in order to maintain acceptable production levels
• Must be able to lift/and or move up to 35 lbs.
