What You'll Do:
  • Provide superior customer service as defined by Di Bruno Bros. within the scope of the position and Company policy
  • Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment
  • Assemble various products for shipment
  • Ensure that the correct number and type of product is loaded to be shipped
  • Notify supervisor immediately of any shortages
  • Carry or transport orders to shipping area
  • Manufacturing experience, Food Production using knives preferred
  • Maintain the highest level of standards in all cutting and product preparation and preservation
  • In a timely fashion, organize, prepare, and fill food orders according to company specifications and recipes
  • Able to work in a clean, organized, and efficient manner
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills with peers and collaborate with team members
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
  • Repack any orders that require such handling as necessary
  • Meet Company standards for productivity
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Report any necessary equipment maintenance to immediate supervisor
  • Conduct physical inventories as required
  • Ensure that all federal, state, local and Company regulations and standards for product freshness, safety, refrigeration, sanitation and weights and measures are met
  • Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work area
  • Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
  • Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards and conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Must have early hours availability
About You:
  • Minimum of 1 year of Food Production experience
  • Ability to read, count accurately and perform simple math for completion of order filling
  • Ability to communicate clearly with co-workers and Supervisor
  • Ability to follow directions accurately
