We seek an experienced and strategic Senior Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse facilities' efficient and effective operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing processes, managing inventory, and leading a team to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. The Senior Warehouse Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining a smooth workflow, implementing best practices, reducing costs, and driving continuous improvement within the warehouse.
- Managing warehouse associates, monitoring work, and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
- Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.
- Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads.
- Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped on time.
- Audit and report inventory control.
- Overall warehouse management, purchasing, delivery routing, and general maintenance of products and vehicles in facilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meets warehouse operations' financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Develops and maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Develop warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluate and recommend new equipment.
- Writes and reviews warehouse Standard Operating Procedures, Temporary Changes, and Variance Investigation Reports.
- Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving the product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
- Staffs, trains, and develops warehouse team members.
- Plans and assigns the workload for the warehouse team to meet daily departmental requirements.
- Creates and monitors the warehouse targets and KPIs.
- Maintains the warehouse operations in compliance with current policies and guidelines.
- Ensures completion of cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory count.
- Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards.
- Organizes and monitors the cycle counting inventory.
- Interfaces and solves problems with other departments' management.
Required Experience & Education:
- Leadership experience within a high-volume distribution center
- Medical equipment experience, pharmaceutical, life science, or similarly regulated industry experience
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience and/or EWM experience required
- BA/BS Degree in business, logistics, technical discipline or equivalent is required.
Knowledge / Specific Competencies:
- Experience leading a warehouse team, including hiring, training, and motivating.
- Knowledgeable of a direct-to-consumer fulfillment operation.
- Demonstrated understanding of SAP.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to lead by example and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tight deadline environment.
- Proven organization skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and time management skills

Salary: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
