Warehouse Dispatcher

We are seeking a Dispatcher based in our Ranson, WV Factory location. The position is scheduled for 2nd Shift Monday to Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.

What you bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience operating a forklift, clamp truck or electric pallet jack.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Demonstrated or proven:
• Organization and analytical skills;
• Basic computer knowledge and skills;
• Acute attention to detail;
• Written and verbal communication skills;
• Problem-solving and trouble shooting skills
• Accuracy and data integrity.

What you will be doing:

• Implement a diligent inventory management process to account for product location and distribution which often involves using physical stock counts and investigating discrepancies and adjusting errors.
• Acts as a liaison to outside vendors and carriers, ensuring a customer-minded focus and effective communication.
• Working within a team-oriented and fast-paced environment, ensure the correct product volumes are produced and delivered against production plan and key performance factors as part of the customer order fulfilment team.
• Effectively communicate with Forklift Operators to ensure smooth flow of product into storage, pre-load and live-load areas Adhere to ROCKWOOL’s established high-quality and environmental standards to identify and mitigate or escalate quality or environmental risks and issues.
