We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerical Support Admin to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by providing critical Clerical Support across various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist warehouse personnel with daily tasks, including filing, data entry, and order processing.
- Reconcile invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payments.
- Participate in communication charter activities to maintain clear and consistent communication protocols.
- Support internal audits by gathering and preparing necessary documentation.
- Contribute to ad-hoc initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Utilize strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet creation.
- Maintain a meticulous and organized work ethic, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Effectively communicate with warehouse personnel, management, and other departments.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clerical or administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
