Motor Controls Inc. in Dallas, Texas is seeking new Warehouse Associate – Order Puller to work collaboratively with a highly talented, cross-functional team to create best in class products for our clients! Responsibilities:
- Accurately pull work orders.
- Meet weekly cycle times for lines pulled per minute.
- Turn in work orders for shorts to be resolved.
- Staged pulled jobs and update the work order in X3 accordingly.
- Housekeeping (sweep & throw away trash weekly)
- Work PAPs to stock material
Skills & Requirements:
- The ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of RFID scan guns a plus.
- The ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- The appropriate candidate can work efficiently to meet standards and work requirements as needed.
- Attention to detail is required.
- The desire to be a team player is to perform tasks that may not be in your specific job description, take the initiative when appropriate, and be open to constructive criticism.
- The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED. Some college preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Subject to prolonged periods of sitting, typing, or working primarily with fingers, holds and grips objects; subject to repetitive motion of the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to life, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
