Keen Home is seeking a Warehouse Associate Driver to join our team in Woburn, MA.
The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Manager/Driver is to receive, organize, and maintain project materials in a safe and orderly fashion by following the established work processes laid out by Keen Home management. And to load trucks with job project material and deliver project material to Keen Home customers at the direction of the project manager and project coordinators.

Responsibilities
- Receive project material orders and organize as inventory or as outgoing project materials.
- Assemble project materials using BOM’s provided by project management.
- Coordinate with project management to ensure proper levels of required material are maintained at all times.
- Maintain records of all ongoing and outgoing material and provide Finance with accurate records of material allocation.
- At the direction of Finance, conduct a weekly inventory of common materials and a quarterly inventory of all material.
- Update project software with tasks complete and project notes.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of the warehouse, warehouse equipment and warehouse vehicles.
- Load the delivery truck(s) each day with required project materials.
- Deliver job materials to the customer location at the direction of project management.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Maintain an active log of maintenance history and requirements for all Keen Home Regional vehicles.
- Coordinate with project management and schedule routine vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and driving.
- Ability to follow established work processes and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
