Job Description:

As a Warehouse Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining, receiving, and distributing inventory. We're looking for individuals who are ready to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and make a real impact at IT Voice.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.

• Keep track of physical inventory in warehouse & enter inventory software so that it reflects accurately.

• Request items that must be restocked to maintain a minimum number of certain items.

• Pack and ship goods to clients & employees based on tickets received, while providing tracking information to relevant parties.

• Maintain and track employee onboarding equipment kits.

• Ensure that all goods that are sent or received match the relevant paperwork.

• Confer and coordinate activities with procurement team.

• Work in ConnectWise ticketing system for order processing and warehousing.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations

Salary: $12-$15 an hour
