TITLE: Warehouse Employee

REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Position Summary
Responsible for unloading, staging, picking, pulling, packing, shipping inventory for customer orders, branch transfers, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Process outbound and inbound inventory
Accurately pick and pull inventory for customer orders
Stage inventory
Pack inventory including shrink-wrapping, boxing, labeling
Prepare truck shipments
Load and unload truck shipments
Operate Work Assist Vehicles (WAVs)
Identify and segregate non-conforming items
Process returned goods from customers
Prepare will call orders
Cycle count inventory
Use weigh stations to accurately count parts for order fulfillment
Communicate with other departments, particularly Inside Sales
Clean and maintain work area
Performs other work-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Good oral/written communication skills
Familiar with current product lines
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work as a team and meet deadlines
