Company Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for assisting in the organization, inventory management, and fulfillment of materials necessary for our experiential marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, excellent organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- responsible for general labor, warehouse maintenance, safely loading, and unloading of parts with the use of a pallet jack or forklift.
- Responsible for warehouse and trucking/parking area cleanest or orderly.
- Moves, secures, installs, builds, loads, or unloads materials Effectively using heavy and light equipment.
- Moves items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor.
- Relocate and consolidate assets.
- Moving tools, equipment, or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor.
- Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
- Assists in the maintenance and inventory control for all accounts operational assets.
- Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
- Check or count products for accuracy and or damages.
- Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed.
- Complies with all safety policies, procedures, and protocols when executing work duties and responsibilities.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
- Perform additional job duties as necessary and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical.
- Excellent organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Familiar with OSHA safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
- Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety.
- Able to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
- Forklift Certified
- Must be available for overtime as needed.
- Local In Long Beach California
- Preferred: Valid Driver’s License/Clean Driving Record
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk 100% of shift.
- Frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in fluctuating temperatures.
- Ability to work under adverse situations and conditions (e.g., dirty, noisy, etc.).
Pay Range: $17.00-$20.00 DOE
