Warehouse Associate

trueCABLE is searching for a Warehouse Associate to assist with the day to day operations of our e-commerce distribution center in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate has warehousing experience including third-party shipping with an emphasis in e-commerce, inbound receiving, and safe operation of material handling equipment. trueCABLE sets itself apart from our competitors by focusing on customer service, so a passion for delivering a great customer experience is required. Core Job Duties:

• Process inbound receiving into the distribution center. This includes unloading and stocking of inbound shipments and processing customer returns.
• Picking and shipping outbound customer orders, ensuring timeliness and accuracy with product, labeling, tracking and data entry
• Picking and building inventory transfers sent to Amazon FBA centers with a meticulous attention to detail
• Using computer, tablet with WMS software, and RF scanners to process incoming and outgoing shipments
• Assist with measuring and maintaining accurate inventory levels. This includes regular cycle counts, inspecting inventory received in comparison to purchase orders and maintaining procedures to verify order shipment accuracy
• Representing the trueCABLE brand when interacting with suppliers, freight carriers, and will call customers
• Timely communication with team members on the sales and accounting teams
• Maintain a culture of Zero Harm, in line with company safety standards
• Ensuring the warehouse space is kept clean and organized
• Operate with a high level of urgency to maximize productivity

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience is required, preferably in e-commerce distribution
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Forklift and order picker experience preferred
• Experience with UPS or FedEx shipment preparation preferred
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry and maneuver heavy material or equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
• Ability to work in a position that requires prolonged standing, frequent bending, stooping, twisting and reaching
• Ability to work in a position that requires working at heights between six feet to eighteen feet off of the ground while wearing proper personal protective fall arrest equipment.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
