Job Description
As a Warehouse Associate (also known as Inventory Specialist, Material Handler), you'll perform a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, shipping, order picking, and sanitation tasks. You'll ensure compliance with quality control policies and procedures while handling finished goods and equipment inventories. Using forklifts and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE), you'll load and unload trucks efficiently. You'll assist with cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and follow safety protocols. You'll collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to uphold inventory security and cleanliness standards. Additionally, you'll support the local sales team in serving various product lines.

- High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Minimum 1 year of general factory, warehouse, inventory, finished goods item and line picking experience preferred.
- Must be able to complete a successful DOT physical, possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Knowledge of accepted quality control procedures and guidelines, effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Requires ability to read numbers and text accurately, ability to use a WMS and computer terminal as well as basic computer knowledge.
- Forklift certification preferred and able to learn to operate other related machinery.
