Warehouse Associate

Brilliant is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in Waukegan, IL.

From the curation and production of memorable branded merchandise to the distribution of custom products, our team works together to bring brands to life. Think: newsworthy press kits, welcome gifts for new hires, merch sets to promote a product launch, or simply giveaways that people love.

We are currently looking for someone able to work the 7 AM-3:30 PM shift.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Brilliant team members and others to ensure client satisfaction
• Pick and pack daily orders using various methods including using a standard industry ladder
• Match orders information (correct item and quantity) with information on picking order sheet to ensure accuracy
• Pack orders to ensure the quality and quantity are safe for transportation to customers
• Assist with other tasks as requested by leaders on site

About you:

• High school diploma/equivalent
• Previous work experience that demonstrates your ability to get stuff done and be an effective team player
• Comfortable with computers
• Detail oriented and organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Active problem solver
• Ability to lift heavy objects (30-40 lbs) and complete routine physical tasks
• Open to working in a fun, fast paced environment
