Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for assisting with the safe and efficient operation of the Distribution Center. Tasks include picking parts, completing paperwork, and packaging items for shipment. In addition this individual will be responsible for light assembly work, inducing receiving production orders and processing them through to completed production.

Specific Job Function:

• Report any unsafe conditions and participate on the implementation of solutions.
• Received, unload, and put away purchased materials on designated locations.
• Follow the production schedule and report any roadblocks preventing you from achieving the expected plan.
• Configure the product according to the established work instructions.
• Use hand tools and material handling equipment to complete assigned tasks using safe practices.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders and complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Keep workspace cleaned and organized daily.
• Actively participate on improvement efforts to resolve problems and achieve production targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED Preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability, experience and general knowledge of assembly techniques.
• Basic math skills needed.
• Physical ability for standing, walking, bending, basic motor skills and lift up to 35lbs.
• Ability to use computer systems.
• Ability to read and understand Packing Slips Information and Bills of Material.
