Job Responsibilities:
· Process any warehouse sales order
· Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
· Physical review of outgoing shipments for accuracy
· Coordinate delivery of ASAP orders
· Answer back door
· Product integrity
· Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins in accordance with SOPs
· Receive product in accordance with SOPs
· Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
· Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, sweep, dust and mop as needed.
· Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness always
· Check product for order accuracy compared to picking slip
· Help research/solve any inventory discrepancies
· Process recalled, expired, or damaged product appropriately
· Coordinate disposal of Quarantine Product
· Receive inventory on ASAP basis
· Stock shelves appropriately considering dating and storage requirements
· Ship product per order specifications
· Identify and accommodate any special instructions
· Facility maintenance
· Breakdown boxes and dispose of properly
· Restock shipping peanuts/bubble wrap/ boxes/ice packs/and coolers
· Notify management immediately for any issues with refrigeration
· Identify and correct any potential safety issues
· On-call with availability via cell phone on nights and weekends
· Coordinate shipment details with Operations/Sales Reps regarding flight status and courier
· Perform all tasks quickly and accurately
· On-call services may be required, and additional incentive is available
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with technical staff and clients to establish goals and objectives for system improvements and upgrades
Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly resolve issues
Create and implement new processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Work Experience – 2-5 years preferred
- Team player in the Operations Team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE
- Experience working with salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Manual dexterity
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift and reach overhead
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
