Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Unload supplies, inventory, and equipment from vendor trucks; inspecting material for minimum quality requirements.
• Stock and transfer supplies, inventory, and equipment to appropriate shelf, bin or rack by a predetermined sequence, including bind location, size, type, style, and length.
• Mark supplies and inventory with correct identifying information.
• Pick and assemble customer orders from stock and package orders in boxes and pallets as per customer requirements.
• Pull orders for delivery and load onto correct truck or transfer to packing area using a forklift.
• Prepare shipping documentation for USPS, UPS, FedEx, LTL, SH, or Courier Shipments.
• Adhere to safety policies, guidelines and training.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and customer safety policies at all times.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of and a proficiency in using Computer and Microsoft Office applications –Word, Excel (a MUST), Access, Outlook, and Internet

• Knowledge of the assigned business unit/area's direction and practices

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree)
• Three to five years related experience in a warehouse setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
