Job Overview:
Warehouse Associates are critical members of our team, ensuring our products are received, stored, and shipped in an accurate and timely manner. As a Warehouse Associate, you will efficiently and safely load and unload trucks, sort, transport, and stock tires within the facility by carrying, pushing, rolling, or operating warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks. You may also pick, pack, and ship tires to customers. The Warehouse Associate reports directly to the supervisor/manager of the facility.
Duties And Responsibilities May Include:
- Receive, unload, stack, transport, and store product.
- Select, pick, pack, label, wrap, load, and ship orders ensuring products are delivered on time, accurately, and in good condition.
- Prepare and complete orders for pickup or process returned merchandise.
- Sort and place tires on racks or bins according to inventory procedures.
- Assists in inventory maintenance, and inventory counts, and keeps quality standards high for audits.
- Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations.
- Keep a clean working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 1-3 years (Preferred)
- Cherry picker: 2 years (Preferred)
- Reach truck: 2 years (Preferred)
Qualifications:
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Versatile, flexible, and a willingness to cross-train into other areas of the business.
- Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record.
Target Based Range:
- $19.00 – 21.00 per hour
- The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to lift/push/carry items up to 75 pounds.

Schedule:
- Receiving/Inventory Team: Mon-Fri (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM/or until completion of work)
- Five day / eight-hour shifts (typically followed by weekends off)
- Shipping/Order Fulfillment Team: Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM/or until completion of work)
- Four day / ten-hour shifts (typically followed by three consecutive days off)
