Description: The Santa Fe Olive Oil & Balsamic Co. Warehouse Associatet is detail-oriented, brand-focused, enthusiastic about the company, and works to lead a positive customer and brand experience.

As a warehouse team member, you’ll facilitate the flow of our products through our distribution center to our flagship retail store on the Santa Fe Plaza, our numerous wholesale customers, and our high-growth e-commerce patrons. The Santa Fe Olive Oil & Balsamic Co. is committed to the safety and comfort of our team members now and always. JOB DUTIES:

· Perform ticketing, stocking, picking, packing, counting, housekeeping and safety functions.

· Perform shipping, receiving, quality audits, system updates, locating merchandise, completing orders and bottling and packaging product.

· Perform food manufacturing and adhere to Company recipes and procedures to ensure quality.

· Daily cleaning and sanitizing.

· Load and unload cartons.

· Perform data entry through computer terminal.

· Deliver orders to retail location and wholesale accounts.

· Count and monitor inventories of various products for sale and warehouse supplies.

· Support all safety standards all the time.

· Collaborate with team members in support of process improvements and cost reductions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be able to work independently and as a team.

· Has strong communication, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

· Can complete and master tasks quickly and error-free.

· Ability to make accurate and efficient inventory counts and perform basic mathematical calculations.

· Can assess business needs when monitoring and managing inventory levels.

· Enjoys being part of a small, tight-knit, environment, and is able to maintain a positive, professional, and constructive tone with team members and management.

· Ability to understand and learn industry-specific terminology.

· Must be able to read and write in English and understand both oral and written instruction.

· Preferably has at least 2 years of previous job experience.

· Has availability and flexibility to work weekdays, or weekends to meet the needs of the business.

· Can safely lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, stand for long periods of time, lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend, and stack for allotted work shifts, and safely maneuver throughout the warehouse.

· Maintain given work schedule that can be up to 8 hours per shift (with a 30 minute lunch).
