We are seeking a Warehouse Associate with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team. This position is responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions including the receiving, storing, handling, shipping and preparing of product for customer delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.

What you will do

• Review customer orders to determine items to be distributed and/or shipped.
• Inventory/Stock and Pulling customer orders for shipment.
• Assembles and fills orders to be shipped to customers.
• Review all orders to determine if they were picked correctly.
• Preparing outbound shipments.
• Preparation of all shipping documentation.
• Record amounts of materials received or distributed via ERP system.
• Inspecting, cleaning, packaging and labeling product for stock.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.
• Organize work and storage areas for efficient workflow.
• Maintains inventory controls.
• Accurately identify and count physical inventory as listed on the cycle count list.
• Follow all safety requirements.
• Maintain company quality standards.
• Works under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniques.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

• Warehouse and distribution experience.
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft office, ERP or SAP experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively and with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong emphasis in working as part of a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to move/lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Supervisory Responsibility

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

What you will need

• High School Diploma/GED required, some college preferred.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Demonstrated strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Able to work Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5:30 pm.
