JOB SUMMARY

Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, shipping, storage, and distribution of products in a warehouse environment. The Warehouse Associate is organized, efficient & dependable. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards including large, multi-item shipments.
- Responsible for handling, storing, restocking products & ensuring inventory is available when needed.
- Responsible for moving physical inventory between two Pusheen Corp Warehouse/Stock locations, offloading & storing inbound shipments as directed by Warehouse Lead.
- Create shipping/return labels and correct shipping errors; ensuring timely communication with supervisor is an error arises.
- Identifies any damaged or expired products and corrects any inaccuracies regarding products and or quantity.
- Assists in managing warehouse set-up/layout and ensure efficient space utilization & bin location upkeep.
- Assists Warehouse Lead in identifying when materials and supplies for the warehouse and shipping department require replenishment.
- Understanding of different mail carrier operations & systems.
- Reviews inbound shipments & outbound orders for accuracy & product quality; advises Supervisor of errors and assists in resolutions when appropriate.
- Assists in Warehouse/Stock Location cleanliness and housekeeping to ensure the space is safe & functional including breaking down or shredding cardboard/packaging materials in a timely manner.
- Assists in ensuring warehouse equipment is maintained and functional.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all team members.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support the efficient & safe operation of a warehouse.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous work-related experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs with a two-person assist.
