Description: Unload tractor trailer loads of brand-new furniture. Scan and place into marked locations to be set for delivery. Prepares orders by processing request and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule: Start time 4:30 am to 1:30/2 pm / 5 days a week/ Tues - Sat.
Responsibilities: Warehouse/Retail Stock Room/Distribution Environment Experience Preferred. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures rule and regulations. Regularly push, pull, lift, lower and move items weighing upwards of 100 lbs. Use of the trash compactor experience is a plus.
Offer Dependent on Background Screening, Drug test, and Physical
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years old.
Pass a pre-employment physical
Forklift certification is a plus
Experience Preferred: Previous 12 months in a heavy items warehouse environment.
