Job Description - Warehouse and Contractor Sales Lead
For over 30 years Natural Stone Design Gallery has supplied handcrafted tile and stone made in the USA, Italy, and around the globe. We take pride in providing excellent customer service to homeowners, designers, architects, and contractors in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a Warehouse and Contractor Sales Lead to join our team. The right candidate will have good computer skills, excellent customer service skills, and be a team player with the ability to work under pressure in a busy retail environment.

Essential Job Functions:

● Warehouse Operations

• Receiving Incoming Orders
• Picking and delivering orders
• Housekeeping
• Moving and organizing Tile & Slab

● Contractor Sales

• Open to learning about our contractor products (Schluter, Kiesel, Custom Building

Products, More Surfaces)
● Experience in the Tile & Stone industry is a plus
● Perform other duties as apparent or assigned.
● Computer skills and the willingness to learn.

Expectations:

● Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
● Self starter / motivated
● Demonstrate a positive collaborative attitude
● Excellent communication skills including phone, verbal, and written.
● Punctual and able to follow procedures, rules, and regulations.
● Ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, and lift materials up to 50 lbs.
● Good organizational and time management skills.

Salary & Benefits:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
