Warehouse Assembler

A&M Industrial is a 70-year-old, family-owned leading local industrial distribution company looking for oriented individuals to fill critical positions their warehouse staff.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Assembler will assemble manufactured products and pack according to specifications.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Assembles products according to directions, including shrink wrapping, labeling, reboxing etc.

· Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.

· Maintains logs, records, and product inconsistencies.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Detail-oriented and consistent.

· Works well as a productive member of a team.

· Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing.

· Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.

· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

· Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products as directed.

· Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.

· Must wear gloves and protection.

Job Type:

· Part time 10-15 hours per week.

Pay: $15.13 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
