Warehouse And Office Associate

The Warehouse and Office Associate will be responsible for general warehouse responsibilities to include inventory control, loss prevention, as well as shipping and receiving documentation. The Warehouse Associate must be able to provide administrative support in the front office as needed. Must be detail-oriented, efficient, and have a clean driving record.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Oversee the rotation of inventory within the warehouse by preparing shipments, stage and verify incoming material, and use powered industrial equipment (forklift, hand-crane, pallet jack, shrink wrap machine, etc.)
• Load and unload goods to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles in an organized and efficient manner
• Notify managers of any major maintenance issues encountered
• Properly use Timekeeping App to ensure appropriate and accurate time-management
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding and compliance with the company's safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures
• Ensure that all safety procedures remain a priority by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification
• Ensures a seamless billing process for our customers
• Assist the branch manager with administrative tasks
• Create and maintain filing system for physical records
• Maintain office supply inventories and purchasing needs

• High school diploma/GED required
• MUST be a team player
• 1+ years of prior Warehouse and forklift experience required
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative setting preferred
• Must pass a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug test
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. at a time
• Able to operate GPS, an electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft applications
• Customer service skills and ability to represent the company in an appropriate manner
