Warehouse Amazon Lead

Description:

The ideal candidate excellences in communication while leveraging their ability to adapt to technology to maximize operational efficiencies. The role involves the fulfilment of Amazon sales orders and shipments, creating and managing support cases with Amazon, vigilantly monitoring our shipments on Amazon to ensure inventory is received correctly, and meticulously maintaining records of all support activities. Additionally, staying abreast of and adapting to Amazon's policy changes is a key part of this position.

Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or related field
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift certification
• Knowledge of warehouse management software
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving inventory
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on effectiveness in cross-functional team collaboration.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and priorities, meet deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Execution of sales orders and shipments to Amazon
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues on Amazon (Seller and Vendor Central)
• Create and manage cases with Amazon Support for shipping issues while ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
• Update and correct shipping information to prevent fulfillment penalties
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
