Job Summary:
A Warehouse Administrator ensures that the warehouse runs smoothly, safely and all inventory is where it needs to be. To be effective in this role, you must be well-organized and have a thorough understanding of the order fulfillment process. Finally, you will make certain that our clients receive the correct orders promptly. Organize and manage the cycle count and physical stock procedure with the help of the Warehouse Manager. Strengthen operations and technology integration in collaboration with the Customer Service and Sales departments.
Duties and Responsibility:
? Create sales orders and pick waves in Deposco.
? Update and maintain ATS spreadsheet. Cross-reference ATS and SOs to ensure stock is available for incoming orders
? Cycle count
? Investigate stock discrepancies to find the root cause.
? Conduct time studies
? Document new processes, procedures, and SOPs.
? Order supplies and communicate with vendors. Develop a Kanban system for the warehouse.
? Develop and document a 5S program for implementation.
? Organize and lead the safety committee.
? Train in each production area of the warehouse. Be functionally capable of filling in as needed
Requirements:
Qualification and Skills:
? Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season
? Must be able to lift 25 lbs to 40lbs
? Must be able to learn quickly and multitask
? Basic computer skills
? Aptitude to quickly learn software
? Strong verbal communication and writing skills
? Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
? Must be able to accept constructive criticism
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
? Experience working in warehouse environments
Physical Demands:

? Must be able to traverse and access any/all areas of the warehouse
? Ability to work in a warehouse climate with a broad temperature range
