Job Functions:
Responsibilities:
- Checks, processes, and clears customers’ orders for shipments.
- Sorts, arranges, and labels all the goods in the warehouse.
- Receives and examines all incoming and outgoing goods on behalf of the organization.
- Wears safety gear as needed in the warehouse.
- Collaborates with the procurement and sales department of the organization to ensure regular availability of goods.
- Keeps inventory or record of the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
- Band and shrink wrap drums for shipments.
- When receiving inbound materials must ensure electronic and physical accuracy to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Controls both inbound and outbound trucking logistics with security and the area.
- Assists with area cycle counting.
Additional Job Tasks:
- Maintain and ship FedEx packages for entire site.
- Perform weekly cycle count tasks.
- Support movement of materials to and from offsite warehouse.
- Supports local training processes as needed.
- Supports import and export teams as needed for inbound raw materials or customer shipments leaving the United States

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating.

- Ability to properly interpret shipping paperwork (BOLS, Packing Lists, Customs Paperwork, Trucking Paperwork, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel, word, outlook, TEAMS, SAP S4 Hanna, Customer specific portals.
- Must be able to interact with Driver and ensure all shipping paperwork and placards are in order.
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving.

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2-3 years related job experience required.
- Experience in customer service and or order fulfillment required.
