SalaryAdministrative Lead:
- Prepares all paperwork for the shift based on the daily production plan
- Executes the daily production plan, including preparation for any line changeovers
- Audits inventory and performs line clearances
- Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
- Orders new supplies in a timely manner
- Constantly work to improve processes
- Optimize employee workflow, Make suggestions for productivity improvements
- Performs QC checks
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members
- Train, guide, and evaluate new workers
- Performs other related duties as directed
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least two years of work experience in a warehouse required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Ability to move around the warehouse.
