SUMMARY:
Renewal by Andersen has a Warehouse Associate opportunity in our Laguna Hills location!
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, checking, and storing merchandise or materials in assisting to fulfill requisitions and orders. The Warehouse Associate performs a variety of manual tasks while under general supervision. This position will require a valid driver's license as DOT certification will be required as part of the job responsibilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Load and unload shipments of products and/or materials; record receipts, and enter into computer system
- Stage materials for pick-up or shipping
- Move materials on/off shelves
- Maintain service parts area; log all incoming and outgoing parts
- Maintain inventory levels record and report specific usage
- Understand and meet safety requirements for equipment and tools
- Help lifting large units as requested; pick up and deliver material when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of application and use of power tools
- Ability to physically lift up to 75 pounds
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
- Basic math skills; legible writing
- Forklift operation certification required
SALARY INFORMATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. The pay range for this position is $19.20 - $27.80 per hour. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, eight paid standard holidays, plus two floating holidays, a robust employee well-being program, as well as profit-sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY:
· Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
