Server
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a prompt and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Sanitize menus, condiments, and other high-touch surfaces regularly
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent sales and upselling abilities to maximize revenue
- Knowledge of culinary terms, ingredients, and menu items
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with kitchen staff
- Proficient in handling food safely and following proper food handling procedures
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and cash handling
