Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Clear tables and assist with bussing to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
