SalaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Wait Staff member, who values excellence in service, to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in the hospitality industry and is committed to providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
Responsibilities will include:
● Providing exemplary service to our members and guests
● Assisting guests with menu selections and answering any questions
● Accurately taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring timely delivery
● Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and workspaces
● Collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
● Performing other related duties, as required.
Qualifications:
● Prior experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in fine-dining, is preferred
● Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
● Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required
● Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25lbs.
