```Duties```
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Deliver instruction in an effective and engaging manner
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavior
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and assessments
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification or license
- Knowledge of educational best practices and teaching methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse student populations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
