Role:

The Vice President, Wealth Management is a producing program manager whose role is to ensure that the retail investment program reaches its fullest potential while meeting the production and service goals for all assigned branches and/or book of business. The VP, Wealth Management’s role is divided up into three categories: program management, program sales, and profitability and results. This role will provide coaching and ongoing development for financial advisors, who in addition, the role of the financial advisor will establish value-added relationships with clients and prospects, to understand their financial needs, and to offer solutions for those needs. The VP, Wealth Management will provide thought leadership which will develop and execute on strategy aligned with the credit union’s mission and achieve organizational, team and individual performance outcomes.
