Job description

The Vice President Specializations will lead Manpower’s U.S. Specializations strategy including the go-to-market launch efforts and ongoing leadership for our Manufacturing vertical - analyze data in the industry, global trends, internal sales, marketing and performance data.
  • Accountable for growing specializations and launching new specializations and partnering across delivery, sales, and convenience to drive specialization strategy
  • Provides leadership for MyPath strategy to ensure a pipeline of qualified associates and consultants is available to meet client demand
Making an Impact
  • Oversee and consult on effective deployment with delivery/program management to ensure quality of client experience and value
  • Envision, research, analyze and invent high value approaches to advance clients’ workforce and organizational performance strategy
  • Develop MyPath talent strategy to ensure a pipeline of qualified associates and consultants are available to meet client demand.
People Leadership
  • Elevate the capabilities of team by embodying the role of “coach” both in-the-moment and structured teaching opportunities
  • Provide leadership in articulating value of product offerings and go-to market approach
  • Highly collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence multiple groups of stakeholders across different geographies, levels, and cultures
  • Accountable for P&L for specializations, will grow overtime if successful in role.
  • Partnering across delivery, sales, and convenience to drive specialization strategy. Strong partnership with East/West leadership.
Your Typical Day and Other Key Details
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate strategic plan identifying what talent will be most critical to growth within and across Manpower’s specializations and directing resources to ensure pipeline of talent and clients.
  • Oversee MyPath and other upskilling or career skilling solutions to create strategy, develop roadmap, and execution, including commercialization of academies in the US.
  • Ability to analyze data: industry, global trends, internal sales, marketing and performance data.


Qualifications

Required
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Progressive experience in workforce solutions or related industry, including experience with senior and executive level leadership
  • Experience with design, development and delivery of well-structured projects and programs
Nice to Have
  • Experience in driving talent strategy
  • Strong industry knowledge
  • Experience in a global, multi-brand or matrixed organization
