VP Sales Telecom:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the ad sales function, including strategy development, revenue forecasting, and client relationship management.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability across multiple platforms and channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom companies, Equipment vendors, etc. and serving as the primary point of contact for all telecom sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including PLTE solutions, RF Engineers and management to align with our overall business objectives and priorities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and drive innovation in sales tactics and solutions.
- Provide leadership, mentor-ship, and guidance to the entire sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, demonstrating thought leadership and promoting our brands and offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 10 years of experience in telecom sales, with a proven track record of selling telecom solutions (B2B) and experience at the executive level (Director+)
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training and hands-on experience; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving sales growth in a competitive market environment.
- Must understand the Telecom industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Strong leader in setting directions for the team and achieving large sales goals; ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
