Job Summary and Qualifications
Responsible for managing and coordinating HCA Capital Division quality and risk initiatives Medical Staff Services, and Patient Safety, in order to support the division strategic plan and goals, and meet HCA quality objectives and standards. In this regard, s/he will have responsibility for facilitating and coordinating activities in: 1) clinical excellence and patient safety; 2) process improvement and outcomes management; and 3) regulatory readiness. Coordinates his/her work closely with the HCA Clinical Services Group, the Division Chief Medical Officer, the Division VP of Performance Improvement, and the Director of Case Management. Responsible for ensuring facility compliance with The Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation, licensure and other standards, rules and regulations
Specific Elements and Essential Functions:

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree Bachelor’s degree required.
- Masters degree preferred, such as MHA, MBA, or MSN.
- Certification as a quality professional (CPHQ) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in At least 5-8 years of clinical and quality improvement experience.
- Management experience preferred. Experience in coordinating activities across a range of entities.
- Experience with, and knowledge of, hospital regulatory standards and related activities.
