Job Summary

The Head of Partners and Tools will oversee the onboarding and lifecycle management of critical partnerships supporting B2C Products and cross-functional tools. This leader will report to the SVP, Connectivity GM Product Management, with a GM mentality focused on delivering and maintaining a core portfolio of partners and tools to drive profitable revenue, subscriber growth, market share gain, and retention.  This leader will also serve as the primary interface to the IT organization for partners, tools, and overall prioritization and capacity management for Connectivity.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with SVP Innovation to assess the technical capabilities and readiness of potential partners
  • Responsible for onboarding new partners in support of B2C Connectivity products and cross-functional tools. 
  • Develop strategies to drive revenue growth through effective partnerships and the deployment of tools.
  • Responsible for onboarding new partners in support of B2C Connectivity products and cross-functional tools
  • Develops user and business requirements for partner onboarding, including customer/user journeys, epics, and customer/user requirements
  • Manages partner onboarding and lifecycle across all internal functions with a focus on Agile Development and delivery of experience/interface layer to IT/Digital as well as Delivery and Integration
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    • Define KPIs/SLAs to measure the success of partnerships and the effectiveness of tools.
    • Implement reporting data to track and communicate the impact of partnerships and tools on overall product management goals.
  • Establish customer data models on products and services provided through partnerships.
  • Use customer data to enhance partnership strategies and improve the overall product offering.

Tools

  • Drives alignment, prioritization and user requirements for cross-functional tools
  • Manages product strategy, roadmap, and  lifecycle for My Optimum
  • Responsible for Self Install roadmap and performance
  • Primary interface for IT, including New Product Development, Partnership Onboarding, and Tools Enablement
  • Tools and Technology Management:
    • Evaluate and manage the adoption of tools and technologies
    • Work closely with internal teams to understand tool requirements and oversee the implementation and integration of tools into existing workflows.

Qualifications

  • BA required/MA or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8+ years in Product or Technology leadership
  • Advanced knowledge of Cable, Telco, and IP Video, and technologies
  • Experience in Agile business transformation with a proven track record of consistent delivery against business plans and targets
  • Proven experience building a culture of data-driven decision-making, action, and delivery
  • Proven ability to collaborate across growth, technology, sales, operations, and marketing teams to optimize and expand product offerings and solutions while driving growth and delivering the customer promise
  • Robust understanding of consumer behavior, technology trends, and agile development
  • Proven executive presence, strategic capabilities, effective collaborator, and superior influencing skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing and providing sound, data-driven guidance, and decisions to senior business leadership on integration strategies and ongoing performance
  • Demonstrates influential leadership with authentic motivation capabilities, and proven ability to successfully manage through transformation and change

 

Expectations:

  • Strong thought leadership with subject matter expertise to drive passion, urgency, GM mentality, and discipline amongst the larger team and cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership in building and developing direct and indirect teams
  • Ability to regularly be present in Altice USA Headquarters in Long Island City, NY
  • Strong stakeholder partnership across key leadership roles including but not limited to product development, product planning, sales, finance, marketing, CX, and CTIO
  • Understands and applies knowledge of business financial drivers, develops solutions that produce desired sustainable results, manages and effectively uses OPEX promotional/offer funds, and establishes and tracks KPIs to optimize ROI
  • Effective utilization of financial analysis and modeling techniques to optimize financial investments

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law.  Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $178,500.00  - $293,250.00 / year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
