Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Formulating and customizing a framework of leading standards and protocols for individual stores, ensuring comprehensive training and compliance among staff.
Facilitating effective communication at both macro and micro levels to guide retail associates, managers, district managers, and Directors in implementing new field programs and operational standards across various aspects including training, merchandising, assisted selling, customer experience, and product launches.
Supervising third-party vendors involved in expansion and construction projects, overseeing onboarding, contracts, budgets, and performance evaluations.
Maintaining a consistent physical presence within the stores to provide hands-on support and guidance.
Developing layouts for store merchandise, incorporating industry-specific strategies and brand considerations.
Monitoring costs through regular inventory, labor, shrinkage, and operational analyses.
Generating timely forecasts and budgets for inventory, sales, operations, and payroll, while analyzing financial reports to optimize sales performance and profitability.
Identifying areas of underperformance and devising strategic solutions using available tools, programs, and resources.
Recruiting, training, coaching, developing, and retaining a diverse team of talented individuals, fostering a culture of high performance and employee engagement.
Ensuring adequate stock levels based on sales history and anticipated trends.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and experiences through ongoing training, incentives, and various in-store and out-of-store initiatives.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
